A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment total and may be restricted from future bookings. All appointments include a 10 minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be canceled and treated as a same day cancellation. Services will be adjusted to what can reasonably be completed within the remaining appointment time. Same-day service changes are considered last-minute adjustments and may result in additional fees. Clients arriving with less than 40-50% lash retention may require an extended refill or full set appointment.
